Question:

When I try to access my Floppy disk, I receive an error message.  Can FinalData recover data from the disk?

Answer:

If you try to access a floppy, and Windows generates the error message "Sector 0 is not read" the disk is most likely physically damaged, and there is not much that can be done in this case.

However, a message that reads "Sector 2880 is not read", indicates that an upgrade from the current version of FinalData is required. Please visit FinalData's website to obtain a software upgrade.
