should not be installed on any drive that is in need of data recovery.
The installation
process of FinalData to the drive may result in the damage or the overwriting of the data in
need of recovery, thereby, reducing the success of recovery. We strongly recommend
installing FinalData on a different drive. If the system contains only one drive, try
removing the drive and attaching it to another system (preferably with the same
Operating System).
To
improve the success rate of data recovery, it is recommended to have FinalData
installed prior to data loss.
