Question:

Can FinalData recover data from a drive with a damaged MBR?

Answer:

Yes, if the drive is not physically damaged.
 

 Procedure:

• Select File and choose Open....
  
• Click the Physical Drive Tab and select the affected drive.
  
• Click the Find Format button.
  
• On the Select Cluster Range to Search window choose an approximate range where the affected partition is expected to be, or leave the default values to search the entire drive.
  
• On the Found a Boot Sector window click on Select Format to continue with a Drive Scan.
